(RTTNews) - I2 Technologies Inc. (ITWO) reported third quarter EPS of $0.39 Thursday morning, up from $0.33 last year. The company also announced that it agreed to be acquired by JDA Software Group (JDAS) for approximately $396 million.I2 Technologies gapped up Thursday and climbed sharply in the first hour of trade. The stock finished up by $1.24 at $17.75 on the highest volume of the year. I2 Technologies broke out of nearly a 3-month range and set a new high for the year.
