(RTTNews) - General Mills Inc. (GIS) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.86 Wednesday morning, up from the $0.73 reported last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.80. The company expects to report full year 2010 EPS between $4.20 and $4.25.

General Mills Inc. gapped up Wednesday and has continued to climb on above average volume. Shares are now higher by 1.74 at $57.76. The stock has risen to a 4 1/2 month high and is challenging its 200-day moving average.
