Overview
He purchased Forest River, Inc. in northern Indiana: Over the river and through the woods with Forest River products you can go. The company makes recreational vehicles (RVs), cargo trailers, buses, boats, and manufactured houses. Forest River's RVs include fifth wheels, motor homes, tent campers, and travel trailers. The company's Starcraft Bus division converts vehicles for use as hotel shuttle vans, church buses, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Its boat division makes pontoon boats (Lextra and Millennium) and fishing boats (Odyssey). CEO Peter Liegl owns Forest River, which he founded in 1996.
