Contrary to your SEC filing, Core Solutions was not sold to Tina Cowan. Premier Axium was sold and its name changed to Sunshine Ventures. Core Solutions was actually renamed to Premier Property Management & Investment Inc. A few months later, your names appeared as officers. Premier Axium (1999 corp) and Core Solutions (2002 corp) co-existed at the exact same time until at least around late Jan when I had stopped checking. Notice the file number and date of incorp in von_couger's post. It's the same one as below. It's not nice to lie to the public Christine, but then again that's been your MO for so damn long.
