Name History: Global Business Market(s)(ing), Christine's Precious Petals, Sunshine Ventures, Core Solutions, Premier Axium, Last Company Clothing Symbol History: GBMI/CPCO/SSHV/CSUO/CSOU/PAXU/PAXM/LCCP THE GRUESOME DETAILS: - Incoporated as "Last Company Clothing Inc" in 1999. Began trading on OTCBB in February, 2001 under symbol LCCP. Named changed to "Premier Axium ASP Inc" and symbol changed to PAXM in March, 2001. - 10,000 to 1 reverse split enacted on 7/08/02 and symbol changed from PAXM to PAXU. O/S prior to split approximately 1.5 billion PAXM shares - Name Changed in SEC filings from Premier Axium ASP to Core Solutions, symbol changed from PAXU to CSOU on 7/15/02. But instead of changing the Articles of Incorporation for the Nevada Premier Axium ASP, Inc corporation (File Number: C7270-1999) to the reflect the name change, a NEW Nevada corporation called Core Solutions, Inc (File Number: C11368-2002) was created on May 3rd, 2002. Net effect: There were now two corporations run by Christine Favara. O/S prior to split approximately 24 billion CSOU shares - Name changed in SEC filings from "Core Solutions" to "Sunshine Ventures" on 4/23/03. Christine Favara resigns as CEO and Board member, makes Tina Cowan new CEO, and sells her entire stake in the company to Cowan for $15,000. The old Premier Axium ASP, Inc corporation (File Number: C7270-1999) is renamed to Sunshine Ventures, Inc and president changed to Cowen. The Core Solutions, Inc corporation (File Number: C11368-2002) is renamed to "Premier Property Management & Investment, Inc" with Favara still listed as president. - Another 25,000 to 1 reverse split enacted on 5/12/03, symbol changed from CSUO(E) to SSHV(E). O/S prior to split approximately 15 billion CSUO(E) shares. - Name changed in SEC filings from "Sunshine Ventures" to "Christines Precious Petals" on 5/30/03, and Christine Favara repurchases the company from Tina Cowan for $50,000. Favara is once again the president. The Sunshine Ventures, Inc corporation (File Number: C7270-1999) is renamed to "Christines Precious Petals", but still lists Cowen as president. There is also a completely separate corporation named "Christines Precious Petals" (File Number: C24320-2002) that was created on September 30th, 2002 which lists Favara as president. - Symbol changed to CPCO on 7/13/03. - Name changed in SEC filings from "Christine's Precious Petals" to "Global Business Markets Inc" on 7/29/03. Farvara sells company to Ed Miers for $50,000 and resigns (again), making him CEO.
