The patents cover a set of claims that provide for elements to build an optimum web-platform architecture. VCSY patents aren't going to be applied to all things and I doubt that was ever the original intent, therefore, 'no harm no foul' as Sliver says. The patents are comprehensive in scope to cover all aspects of an elegant arcitecture and asking them to be limited to keep from offendig the less elegant is like tying bricks to dancers' legs so the talentless in the chorus line don't have a hissy fit. I do believe there is a central construct everyone knowledged is working for from the beginning of the embryonic company's origins in Florida to the eventual incarnations we're seeing coming forth in Texas to whatever the Critical Path paradigm is intended for... the patent is broad enough to cover what the first architects intend and that scope is plenty to make the company a giant. That's all I care about and anything else the lawyers can wring out of the claims is icing on our own cake. If you actually take the time to study the roadmap from the very first with EONE all the way through all the implications in what you and your ilk term a "global conspiracy" (those who intend to hide until the time to flower welcome ridicule because it is the most effective way to bury something living - but that doesn't mean they forget the ridicule) there is a stark thread that has informed this entire life-cycle of gestation. What you and others try to do to drive people away from buying the stock past a particular point is no matter to me. Others will be asking you questions for those efforts. What you don't understand (and have resisted learning for years) is that 744 and 521 make up the ability to fashion infrastructure architectures that can be repurposed and evolved as "living software" into community ecologies for any of thousands of vertical disciplines while leaving the "application builders" to squabble over their scraps of chicken feed. Microsoft has two products that made them the billions they rely on now: Windows and Office. Both monolithic "application frameworks" of general purpose and limited scope. 521/744 offers "ecological framework creators" of infinite purpose and repurpose and unlimited scope. Microsoft's two tricks on their pony are a tiny circus. Can't imagine it? You spend too much time laughing at the past to be able to comprehend the future so laugh all you like. "Who knows?"
