stillwtr, Now Solutions has SHOWN REPEATEDLY that they can't sell their product, no matter what they do. They doubled or tripled their sales force, and nothing happened. So they laid them off and went to SaaS over a year ago...and nothing happened. I think Now Solutions is just there to provide the company with "play money" to engage in joint ventures that never do anything for shareholders. There's nothing to this company except this POSSIBLE patent infringement lawsuit. IMO if they lose to MSFT, they're going to close up shop. I don't think they can afford an appeal if they lose. And they COULD lose. |
