AND ITEX CORPORATION DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING CLAIMS: JUNE 22, 2005 TO ALL PERSONS AND ENTITIES THAT MAY HAVE CLAIMS AGAINST TERRY L. NEAL AND ITEX CORPORATION ARISING OUT OF ITEX CORPORATION STOCK PURCHASED FROM MAY 9, 1994 THROUGH AND INCLUDING MARCH 24, 1997: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the United States District Court for the District of Oregon ("District Court") has entered its order establishing a deadline of June 22, 2005, as the last date by which all persons or entities asserting a claim against or right of distribution ("ITEX Investor Claim") from that receivership estate established to distribute proceeds from that lawsuit known as Securities and Exchange Commission v. Terry L. Neal; ITEX Corporation et al., U.S.D.C. Case No. CV 99-1361-BR, arising out of their purchase of ITEX stock from May 9, 1994 through and including March 24, 1997 (the "Trading Period") must submit a proof of claim. The Receiver will have assets to distribute to claimants. Only those individuals and entities who hold allowed claims will be eligible to receive distributions. You must file a proof of claim by June 22, 2005, if: 1) you are/were an investor in ITEX Corporation ("ITEX") who purchased ITEX stock during the period including May 9, 1994, through and including March 24, 1997 ("Trading Period"); and 2) you either sold your ITEX stock purchased during the Trading Period at any time for a loss; or still own the ITEX stock. THIS BAR NOTICE APPLIES TO EVERY ITEX INVESTOR CLAIM AGAINST NEAL WITH REGARD TO THE TRADING PERIOD. IF YOU FAIL TO SUBMIT A PROOF OF CLAIM, YOUR CLAIM MAY BE FOREVER BARRED. YOU MAY WANT TO CONSULT YOUR OWN ATTORNEY. YOU HAVE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECTLY AND TIMELY FILL OUT AND FILE THE PROOF OF CLAIM FORM FOR YOUR CLAIM.
